By accessing and using the services provided by Pradip Laundry ("we," "us," or "our") via our website or mobile application, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Pradip Laundry provides premium laundry, dry cleaning, and garment care services, including pick-up and delivery to specified locations. Serviceability checks are performed online, and service is contingent upon location eligibility.

3. Account Registration & Security

To book a pickup, you must register for an account and verify your phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payment & Pricing

All prices are displayed in our Catalog and are subject to change. Payment can be made securely online, or in cash at the time of delivery.

5. Garment Care & Liability Limit

We follow standard care instructions for each garment type. While we exercise the utmost care, we are not responsible for inherently weak or defective materials, color bleeding, or shrinkage that occurs during standard treatment. Any claims regarding damaged or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

6. Pick-up & Delivery

We make reasonable efforts to pick up and deliver garments within the selected timeslots. However, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or operational constraints. We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nashik, Maharashtra.
